How to Return or Exchange an Item
Our return policy is very simple - we will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse.
You can change or return an item within 14 calender days from the date you received it.
Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for something else from our store or for a gift card valid for 6 months.
To be eligible for a change or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must have original Seventeen tags still attached. Once we receive your item, we will change it or refund after inspecting the item.
Please keep your proof of shipment until the refund has been made.
If you want to change your order with a different size, please e-mail our team first to ask if the size you want is still available. Due to alot of demand, our sets are selling very quickly.
